Who are we?

We are a couple from Sweden, Linköping, who have owned this apartment since 2016. We and our children are down in the apartment periodically. Instead of the apartment being empty in between, we offer you to rent it, for shorter or longer periods.

What is important to us?

The apartment is our second home. We have designed it for us, our children and grandchildren to feel comfortable and safe.

We are now sharing our apartment with guests who come to visit. We want to make sure that our guests respect our second home properly and take care of it with care.

For everyone’s comfort, the apartment is free from smoking and pets.

Who are you?

You are 1-4 (5) people looking for the best location in Nerja with views of the sea and mountains. You want peace and quiet in a fully modern equipped apartment with a little traditional Spanish touch to the interior.

You appreciate a short walk to the Balcony of Europe, shops, bakery, restaurants and beach. You value a wide range and variety of restaurants and nightlife. Varied walks and hikes in the mountains are a big plus.
