Services before, during and after your stay
We have a local partner who will help make your time in Nerja as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. However, you may need assistance and our partner will be on hand.
Transportation to apartment
If you need transportation from the airport to the apartment, we can help with booking. The taxi will pick you up at the airport, take you to the apartment and give you the keys.
Keys
If you go to Nerja yourself, you pick up the keys at a location we specify. They have 24/7 service. Then you go to the apartment.
When you go home, you leave the keys in the apartment.
Sheets and towels
One set/person of sheets and towels is included. If you would like more, it is possible to get it for a fee.
Parking
Parking is available in the backyard, subject to availability. At certain times it can be very busy so a space cannot be guaranteed. Parking is free of charge
Support in the apartment
If any problem arises in the apartment during your stay, our local partner will help solve it.
Post-inspection and cleaning
After your stay, our partner will come and clean the apartment. They will also check that everything is in order. Abnormal cleaning efforts and damages will be charged.
