We have had a rental license from the Andalusian Ministry of Tourism since 2016. Our license identification is VUT/MA/04798.

To obtain a license, a number of criteria must be met. These include safety, standard, what should be included in the price, etc. The intention is that the guest should have a safe stay with a good standard.

The Spanish tourist authorities request information about the tenants. This includes personal information about who is renting, during what period, how payment was made, etc. There are several reasons. One is about money laundering and stopping international crime. Another is about the rescue services and emergency services gaining better knowledge of who may be in the area in connection with accidents, weather and natural disasters. We therefore request information about our tenants in connection with booking and report the requested information to the Spanish tourist authority.
