The building was built in the seventies and consists of about 50 privately owned apartments. The building and the association are called Edifico Carabeo 1.

The house has a mix of smaller studios and larger apartments like ours. The owners are a mix of permanent residents and holiday apartment owners.

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4. You can take a short walk to the Balcony of Europe in a few minutes. No stairs, slopes or other obstacles.

There are a few stairs down to the nearest beach Carabeillo, 100 m away.

Within a few minutes you have about 20 restaurants, cafes, bakeries and food Supermarkets.
