Modern facilities in a Spanish shell

We have kept the Spanish touch of the apartment, but replaced the machinery and equipment. The apartment has everything required by the Spanish authorities to be rented out privately and we of course have the formal license as well.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable life, whether you are staying for a short time or a little longer. Most of what you need for a relaxed and easy life is there.

The kitchen

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, orange juicer, kettle, oven/microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, cooking pots, etc.

Living room

Living room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and mountains. There is a dining area, sofa, TV, AC for heating or cooling. Optical fiber is installed and the WIFI router is placed on the TV bench. TV can be streamed via Cromecast.

Two bedrooms

One bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds. Wardrobes for clothes. Modern beds. Both bedrooms with AC for heating/cooling

Two wet rooms

A larger toilet with bidet, bathtub/shower and a smaller toilet with shower. Towel warmers are available in both. First aid in the larger toilet.

The hall with tambourine, hall table, electrical fuse, fire extinguishing,

Roof terrace

There is a shared roof terrace for the entire house. Can be used for drying laundry.
