Our holiday apartment is located in the Parador area, centrally located at the best possible position. From the apartment you have views of the sea and mountains. You are close to everything with an easy walk to Balcon Europa, restaurants and shops. It is 100 m to the beach Carabeillo which is connected to Burriana.

The microclimate, controlled by the Almijara Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, provides mild winters but also comparatively cool summers. An average of 320 days of sunshine per year says it all.

If you want a sunny holiday this is the perfect place, even to extend the summer in spring and autumn.  If you want to spend the winter in perfect golfing weather, ski in the Sierra Nevada, hike in the mountains  or just relax, choose Nerja.  There is  plenty to do  within easy reach. Nerja is on season all year round. Most things are open and accessible whenever you choose to come here.
